Aider une fracture à se résorber

 

Se reposer
Dormir tôt, dormir amplement : la réparation de l’os se fait pendant le sommeil profond.
 Faire la sieste.
 Se reposer aussitôt qu’on en sent le besoin.
 Se garder au chaud en tout temps ; s’assurer d’avoir les pieds chauds jour et nuit.
 Prendre du soleil et exposer le membre fracturé au soleil.
 Tremper le membre fracturer dans l’eau chaude ou l’exposer à une chaleur douce.
 
Alimenta/on
Éviter des aliments acidifiants, qui réduisent l’absorption du calcium : Café, Sucre, Viande rouge
Manger des aliments sources de
Calcium Amandes Brocolis Choux
Cuivre Graines Noix crues
Magnésium Céréales entières Légumineuses
Minéraux Algues Feuilles vertes
Phosphore Jaune d’oeuf mollet Légumineuses Noix crues
Silicium Avoine Betterave Luzerne Millet Orge Riz
Vitamine C : baies, poivrons, agrumes, kiwi, et en général fruits et légumes frais.
Chlorophylle : légumes verts, feuilles vert foncé, persil, prêle.
Jus : Jus de légumes minéralisants, notamment betterave et chou: 100 ml, 2 fois par jour
 
Exercice musculaire localisé Bouger les parties adjacentes :  les doigts si le bras est facturé  les orteils si la jambe est fracturée.
 
Cataplasme 2 fois par jour, appliquer sur la fracture, pendant 2 heures, un cataplasme d’argile.
Enrober tout le membre sous une couche uniforme de 2 cm d’argile froide ou tiède.
 Raser les poils (le contact direct entre l’argile et la peau est préférable) ou intercaler une gaze entre l’argile et la peau.
 Entre l’application des cataplasmes, laver la peau à l’eau fraîche.
 
Compresses tièdes sur la partie affectée, additionnées d’huile d’olive chaude.
 Maintenir en place une ou plusieurs nuits, jusqu’à fin de la douleur.
 
Huiles essentielles Masser doucement autour de la fracture avec une huile essen/elle d’hélicryse ou de gaulthérie.
 
Visualisa/on Visualiser son corps en train de restructurer l’os fracturé.
 Pratiquer l’exercice Diriger le sang Se détendre Visualiser son sang en train de circuler du coeur, dans l’aorte, puis les artères, puis les veines, puis les capillaires, jusqu’à nourrir l’os qui se reconstruit.
 
NOTE Quand on fait efficacement cet exercice, on sent une chaleur
